Terms of Service

The general terms that apply when you engage GNK Marketplace Solutions for a project or ongoing support.

These terms describe how GNK Marketplace Solutions ("we", "us", "GNK") provides services to clients. Each engagement may also have its own proposal, scope of work or agreement that takes precedence where it differs from these general terms.

1. Services

GNK provides marketplace operations, e-commerce, data, digital and creative support services, including Amazon Seller Central management, ASIN and product research, catalog operations, inventory and shipping support, data processing, reporting, digital marketing and creative services.

Details of a specific engagement - including scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing - are agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Proposals and Quotes

We do not publish fixed service prices. Each project is scoped individually and provided as a custom quote based on requirements, volumes, complexity and expected effort.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate requirements, necessary access (where agreed) and reasonable cooperation so that work can be completed accurately and on time. Delays caused by missing information or access may affect timelines.

4. Confidentiality and Data

We treat client information as confidential and use it only to provide services. Clients should not share credentials beyond what is necessary for the agreed work, and should revoke or rotate access as appropriate after an engagement ends. We do not disclose confidential client information, internal SOPs or proprietary data.

5. Quality Control

Deliverables are processed through structured review and quality-check steps before delivery. If you identify an error in delivered work, notify us promptly and we will correct it as part of the engagement.

6. Payment

Payment terms are agreed per engagement and set out in the proposal or agreement. Invoices are payable according to those agreed terms unless otherwise stated.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We commit to delivering agreed work to a professional standard. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales, revenue, rankings or other marketplace results, which depend on factors outside our control. No performance statistics shared in marketing materials are presented as a guarantee of future results.

8. Intellectual Property

Deliverables created for a specific engagement are provided for the client's use as agreed. Tools, methods, templates and processes used by GNK remain the property of GNK unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GNK's liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from third-party platforms, marketplace policy changes or client-provided data.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve platforms operated by third parties (for example Amazon Seller Central). We comply with those platforms' terms on a best-efforts basis, but clients remain responsible for the use of their own accounts and for compliance with applicable platform policies.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties.
